Feeling frustrated with Tummy Time? Not sure how to best support your little one as they learn to roll, sit & crawl? Overwhelmed by all the “noise” & misinformation out there about baby development? You’re not alone.

This intimate 60-90 minute class will explore Tummy Time & purposeful play to nurture your baby's early motor skills. A developmental topic will be discussed briefly each week. There will be an opportunity for questions, discussion & one-on-one troubleshooting. Simply relax, sit & listen if that’s more your vibe. Connect with other parents in the same season of life. Spots are limited but a second caregiver is ALWAYS welcome. Please bring your own blanket. You are welcome to bring a couple of your baby's favorite toys but this is not necessary. Strollers and/or baby carriers are encouraged in case an impromptu walk around the park occurs after class. This is as much about supporting your baby as it is about supporting YOU!

Nothing Milestones or Motherhood is off limits.

*Class is intended for babies not yet crawling on hands & knees, generally 2+ weeks old.*

Topics Include:

Tummy Time Basics & Playing with my Newborn

Baby Gear for Little Babies & Avoiding “Container Baby Syndrome”

“Help! - My baby has a Flat Head & a crooked neck.”

Babywearing 101

Purposeful Play for Rolling

Purposeful Play for Sitting

Crawling Camp

Movement Milestone Myths
