Together with Monica Seligmann - licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher & owner of Newark Prenatal Massage and Yoga, we are bringing an incredible opportunity for expecting mothers to meet other mothers anticipating their babies in the same upcoming season. Our Seasonal Prenatal Potlucks will take place quarterly. Gather. Mingle. Share a meal together. Receive the trusted resources we wish we had had during our own Postpartum experiences. Learn how to get started with Babywearing your newborn. Leave with a few new mom-friends before your baby even arrives. Space is currently limited to 10 mothers & registration is required for this FREE event so we’re able to prepare adequately.
