ALL Sessions include
Forty-five to sixty minutes* of one-on-one support from a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist and (& a Mom who "gets it"). Together, we will address any areas of your concern. *Virtual Sessions are thirty-forty minutes.
Purposeful play ideas to encourage your baby's natural motor development based on your baby's current skill level
Baby gear recommendations - when & how to use it in a developmentally appropriate way
Guidance on how to set up your home for your baby's developmental success
Information on age-appropriate skills and why they matter
Developmentally appropriate toy suggestions
A follow-up email with your personalized “Baby Movement Play Plan” outlining the developmentally appropriate play ideas and milestones discussed in your session and a list of what skills to expect in the next 1-2 months
Ongoing access to Sarah via email (for up to 60 days post-session) for continued support to ensure success

Depending on the day & time of your session, there may be some flexibility for clients slightly outside of this geographical area, specifically if you live in & around Wilmington.
